CONTROLLER OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Wise Cricket SAPI de CV (hereinafter WiseCricket), domiciled at Zacatecas 62, Roma Norte, Cuauhtémoc, 06700, Mexico City, Mexico and online at www.wisecricket.ai, is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data.
This Privacy Notice applies to all WiseCricket users—whether trial users or paying subscribers.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Primary purposes (necessary to provide the service):- Validation and management of CFDI (digital tax invoices).
- Report generation.
- Contract administration.
- Technical support services.
- Downloading of tax documents.
Secondary purposes (optional; you may object):
- Classifying business partners according to the products and/or services they have contracted.
- Assessing user satisfaction through internal metrics.
- Commercial communications aimed at continuous improvement.
- Recommending or connecting you with third parties within our business network, subject to prior authorization.
How to object to secondary purposes:

Refusal will not affect the provision of contracted services.
PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
- Identification & contact: Name, RFC (Tax ID), Tax Identification Card, CIEC credentials, FIEL (digital signature).
- Sensitive data: None collected.
- Trial users: Your data will be deleted at the end of the 15-day trial or when the relationship terminates.

Transfers are made under Article 36 of the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and do not require consent when an exception applies.
ARCO RIGHTS (ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OPPOSITION)

- The request affects third-party rights.
- A legal impediment or authority’s resolution exists.
- The request has already been fulfilled previously.

Revocation may affect service provision if the data are essential for operation.
LIMITING USE OR DISCLOSURE OF DATA

DATA RETENTION & SECURITY
Data are retained only as long as necessary to meet the stated purposes and in accordance with applicable fiscal, commercial, and administrative regulations. Afterwards, they are blocked and deleted per legal timeframes.
WiseCricket implements physical, administrative, and technical security measures to protect personal data in compliance with the LFPDPPP and related regulations.
