What is WiseCricket?
WiseCricket automates a company's tax processes in an intuitive software platform that connects each transaction with evidence of its economic substance, determines its tax treatment and carries it out. It cross-references SAT, ERP, bank and contract information in one platform.
What problems does it solve?
- Downloads every CFDI from Mexico's tax authority (SAT), with no volume limits: issued, received, payroll and cancelled invoices, updated every 24 hours.
- Audits every invoice with AI: detects errors and risks across thousands of CFDIs and identifies the relevant legal provision, amount and correction.
- Automatically requests corrections from suppliers: invoice reissues and payment receipts by email, in bulk and with follow-up.
- Identifies deferred or instalment payment (PPD) invoices that have already been paid or collected but still lack a payment receipt (REP).
- Reconciles each bank transaction with its journal entry and invoice, using rules and AI.
- Calculates monthly VAT (IVA) and provisional income tax (ISR) payments with working papers traceable to each transaction.
- Documents economic substance: links each contract to its invoices and payments, ready for a SAT review.
- Monitors the tax mailbox with alerts by type and urgency across all companies.
How is it different from other tools?
